Hello guys. This is my last week of internship program at Genius Ahead. For the last week of my internship, Miss Mazriana, Hadi and I have to go to JKR Hulu Langat to meet En Mohd Noor about the tender at Taman Saujana Indah. I drive to Kajang at 820 am and we reach at JKR Hulu Langat at 900 am. We and the other competitor hear what En Mohd Noor want to meet his project objective. Then, I drive back to the office. For the next days, Miss Mazriana and I are going back to the JKR Hulu Langat to buy tender from JKR. We buy 4 tender that cost RM 40. After that, we are going back to Genius Ahead. For the last week also, I collect the punch card and gave it to Miss Juliawati. Thats all for my intership program at Genius Ahead.

* I would like to said thank you to En Zulkufle to take me as his internship students at Genius Ahead. A lots of thing that I have learn while doing my internship at Genius Ahead. I will not forget all the sweet memory and all the new experience and knowledge that I get from Genius Ahead. I wish that Genius Ahead will success in the 2011 and may Allah bless Genius Ahead. Once again thank you so much. You have teach me the meaning of "work". Good bye guys.

Assalamualaikum everybody. Its quite sad for this week because my internship program is meet to the end. for this week, I do the same thing as usual. Nothing much work that I do for this week. Miss Juliawati ask me to do the petty cash such as key in the money in and the money out for Genius Ahead. I also help her by doing project advance and purchase order. I also go the the RHB bank at Taman Shamelin for comapny purpose. For this week also, I prepare product catalog and company profile. I also go to the Jayamart to puchase office equipment with Miss Juliawati. Thats all for this week but for your information, this is not my final week because I have to replace my leave from 27/12- 29/12. See you all next week guys.

INTERNSHIP WEEK 7 ( 13/12/2010-17/12/2010)

Holla everyone =) As we all know, next week gonna be my final week of Internship Programed and I start to feel wanna work and stop study for my Bachelor(HONS) but I think that not gonna be happen because for the past 5 years I have been study and I don't want to broke my parents ambitious which is to see their daughter have the Degree scroll and the name of Yasmin bt Yusof at the PICC hall. That was their ambition. Seriously I don't want to disappointed them.

For this week, Miss Juliawati and I have to rush to "Majlis Pembandaran Nilai" to take cheque for Genius Ahead. The clock shows 4pm and we need to rush to be there before 5 pm. On the way to Nilai, its have been raining and I have to be very becareful while driving but at the same time I worried that we could not reach there before 5 pm. Alhamdulillah, we reach there at 4.55 pm and take the cheque. Whew!! I feel better.

For the 7th weeks I also prepare company profile and doing B/Q for Majlis Perbandaran Nilai. Miss Juliawati and I going to RHB bank at Taman Shamelin and Affin bank at Taman Maluri for company purpose. I helped Miss Juliawati by doing payment request form. That all for the 7th weeks and I think for the 7th weeks I'm quite busy. See you guy at the last week at Genius Ahead.

INTERNSHIP WEEK 6 (6/12/2010-10/12/2010)

Assalamualaikum to all my blogger's reader. At first, I felt like kind of boring and feel wanna go home early everyday but the feel start to changes when I'm comfortable with it .6th week at Genius Ahead make me feel don't want to leave this company but what can I do. I'm just the internship student in this company. Its is very relaxing for this week. Nothing much work to do for this week. For the 6th week, Miss Juliawati and I were going to the Pertama Complex to go to the AMK Secretary to take company document and going to the IMRAN (Auditor) to discuss with En Amin. We reach there at 10.30 am and find the AMK Secretary office. After we take the document, we going to the IMRAN( Auditor ) and then going back to the office.

At that week, I also doing petty cash which is update the data into petty cash and filing it. As usual, I doing purchase order and filing the document. I help En Rashidi to prepare the product catalog. I also follow Miss Juliawati to go to the bank for company purpose. That's all for this week.

INTERNSHIP WEEK 5 ( 29/11/2010-3/12/2010)

Its already 5th week of my internship program at Genius Ahead. For this week, Miss Juliawati ask me to help her to prepare staff claim. She teach me how to do it. Its a new task for me. Before this, I never do staff claim. Its kind of easy to complete the task. At the 5th weeks also I do site measuremant and the progress of claim. On 3/12/2010 Miss Mazriana and I have to go to Shah Alam to meet En Zul from JKR to discuss about Multi Stamp. We reach at Shah Alam at 11 am and waiting En Zul in front of Plaza Alam Central. After 30 minute, En Zul and his friends arrived and we discuss about it. After that, we going back to the office and reach there at 12.35. On that day, I work half day because I have to attend my cousin wedding at Kg Melayu Subang.

Hello everybody.Time goes so fast. 4th weeks already. For the 4th weeks nothing much I do. Just doing a routine jobs such as helping Miss Juliawati to complete her works by doing a simple account and filing the document. I also helped her by prepare project advanced. After my work finished, I asked Miss Juliawati whether I have any work to do and she said no more work for me because it have done. I also help En Zul by preparing his document. For that week I felt so bored. Not much work to do for this week.

INTERNSHIP WEEK 3 ( 15/11/2010-19/11/2010)

For the third week of my internship at Genius Ahead, I help Miss Mazriana to print out the product catalog to give to the client . The client can easily view our product and the function of of the product that have been printed out with a description about the product. I also help Miss Juliawati to prepare purchase order and filing the purchase order. At the third week also I learn how to doing claim for year 2007 and 2008. For this week, I think not much work to do.For your information, Genius Ahead provide a small workshop for the technician to preparing or to complete their job.

For this week, I apply leave for "Hari Raya Haji" from 16/11/2010-19/11/2010. I'm going to JB to meet my family. I miss them so much. I promised to En Zul that I will replace my leave back by end of December. So I have to continue my internship from 27/12/2010-29/12/2010. Supposed I finished my internship on 24th December 2010.

For the second week of internship , I help Miss Juliawati to prepared document for audit 2008. I also prepared a document for submission KLSE. Then, I was teach by En Zulkufle how to plot drawing junction using AUTOCAD which I never use the software before. Its a new experience for myself and for the next day I also doing the same thing. After that, I print the drawing and prepare the document for KLSE. For internship week two, I gain a new knowledge that I never see or use in my study which is AUTOCAD. Miss Mazriana ask me to call a client to know the progress because we have sent a quotation to that company. That's all for the second week of my internship program.

INTERNSHIP WEEK 1 ( 1/11/2010-4/11/2010)

On 1/11/2010- 4/11/2010 was my first week of my internship. I was inform by my lecturer that Genius Ahead Sdn Bhd has accepted me to do my intership at their company. I registered as intership trainee to En Zulkufle bin Abu, the CEO of Genius Ahead.After the registration, he told me a bit about GASB actually doing and focus. After the briefing, I follow En Zulkufle to "Majlis Perbandaran Nilai" and Senawang to check the controller that have a little bit of problems. At that week, I help Miss Juliawati doing an account statement for Genius Ahead. Miss Juliawati teach me how to do the account statement for Genius Ahead. It just a basic account. I also doing a puchase order which is key in the data for Genius Ahead. Nothing much I did for the first week. Although, my major in studying is business but learning account is a new experience and knowledge for me.
